Refund policy

ORDER RETURNS


Equipment and Tools:

  • Within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required. 
  • The products must be in original packaging with all original components and parts. 
  • Must be in brand new (unused) condition.
  • The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees. 
  • 10% re-stocking fee of the return item(s) price will be applied. 


ÜLKA, Saeyang Marathon, BAU and Akzentz equipment is covered under manufacturer’s warranty. For any returns or exchanges related to defects, please review manufacturers warranty. 


Exceptions:

All gel products, disposable or single-use items are final sale and are not qualified for return or refund.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Within 24 hours and before Shipping:

  • All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase time. 
  • The buyer must contact sales@euronails.shop to initiate their order cancellation and provide reason. 
  • EURONAILS SHOP reserves the right to cancel any order prior to fulfillment due to lack of proof of required certification and/or shipping address verification, product sales restrictions, non-supported geographic regions and due to fraudulent orders. 


After Order is Shipped:

  • The buyer must contact sales@euronails.shop to initiate their order cancellation and provide reason. 
  • The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs (including return shipping) and associated fees. 
  • 10% re-stocking fee of the return item(s) price will be applied. 



ORDER REFUNDS


Qualifications:

  • The buyer must contact sales@euronails.shop to initiate their order refund and provide reason. 
  • Within 14 days of initial purchase date. Proof of payment/Receipt is required. 
  • Items must be in brand new (unused condition) and in original packaging with all original components and parts. 
  • Final Sale items and Single-use/Disposable items are not qualified for a refund.
  • Please review product’s Manufacturer’s Warranty for any issues related to equipment malfunction or defects to initiate a claim under Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy. 
  • Refunds are processed as Store Credit. For refunds requiring return to the original payment method, additional 10% processing fee will be applied. 
  • All relevant shipping, re-stocking and processing fees will be deducted from the Refund amount.
