AUTHENTIC RUSSIAN MANICURE: EURONAILS CUSTOMIZED SALON TRAINING PROGRAM is intended for Salon Owners/Managers who are interested in upgrading the skillsets of their Nail Team members. Please review and complete the SALON CUSTOM TRAINING FORM to submit your request. 

IMPORTANT: This course is only offered to certified and experienced Nail Technicians as Advanced Training and is not suitable for beginners.

INSTRUCTOR: The course is instructed by Elena Maiorova, ACE (Akzentz Certified Educator), Owner and Art Director of EURONAILS.

METHODOLOGY: The course is comprised of a Theoretical Component and an Intensive hands-on Practical Session. Each course is customized to the needs of the specific salon, number of course attendees and their experience with e-file techniques for cuticle care. During this course, your team is going to learn Elena's proprietary Russian Manicure Technique from start to finish. 

OUTCOMES:

1) Your team members will go through in-depth training on either Russian E-file or Russian Combi-Manicure Techniques (Please select the appropriate technique based on the experience of your team). 

2) Your team members will practise and showcase their skills in Product Application (Please select one of 4 options: LUXIO BASE, LUXIO BUILD, The ULTRA Technique, FUSION Technique).

3) Your team will undergo a rigorous 1-day session in Salon Manicure Standards. 

4) Additional topics that can be added based on specific requests are:

• AKZENTZ Product orientation 
• Product Control and handling Warranty-related scenarios
• Professional tool and equipment selection for effective work
• Workspace ergonomics and professional set-up
• Client Care and Curated approach to service delivery
• The final look: Social-media worthy picture taking 
• Strategies for new service launch and client retention
• Service price-setting and Marketing strategies 
• Salon-specific operational cases (Scenario-based approach)
  
  IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
  ✅Course can be presented in English or Russian language
  ✅All course attendees must have a certification in Nail Training and/or Esthetics. Beginners cannot be admitted to this training.
  ✅Course can be delivered at your salon or professional location based on request and travel availability within Canada. EURONAILS location(s): Vancouver - Yaletown or New Westminster can be pre-booked for external training courses by request.

  👉Theoretical session (2-4 hours based on class size and topics selected) 
  👉Practical session (4 - 6 hours). Must be held in a fully-equipped location.
  👉Customized Student Kit: based on selected technique, topics and course objectives the kit may consist of task-specific manicure bits, metal pushers, cuticle scissors, Akzentz gel products, and disposables.
  👉Course structure and planning must be discussed in advance to allow sufficient time for course preparation and travel planning if required. 
  👉If Models are required for the course, they need to be arranged in advance by the course requestor.

COURSE PLANNING:

1. Confirm number of attendees for the course and select which technique and additional topics will be relevant to your team. Please ensure to Select only 1 Cuticle Care and 1 Product Application Technique. Additional 1-day course may be required for large groups or multi-technique requests. 
2. Confirm location and proposed timeline for course delivery, subject to travel requirements and availability of the instructor.
3. Consider what logistical items must be arranged in advance: space and equipment, team members' availability, models' availability, travel and lodging considerations (if needed), local transportation and parking, other considerations.  
4. Review what equipment will be needed for the successful delivery of the course.

1. Deposit and/or advance payment may be required for External Training Programs to cover cost of travel/lodging and/or facility leasing fees. 

2. The requestor assumes full responsibility for the course attendees (including their certification), selection and scheduling of models, special requests and health and safety considerations. 

3. The course instructor/facilitator has a right to exclude an attendee from completing the course if they have not met the minimum certification requirements(s) and/or if they are not fit to continue the course, including but not limited to skill-based, safety concern and disruptive-behaviour considerations. 

4. The course requestor takes full responsibility over any additional expenses related to attendee(s) expenses, including food and beverage, transportation/parking/travel/lodging (if applicable) and others. 

5. The location of the course must be fully functional and equipped with all necessary equipment prior to the course start. 

6. Micro-breaks will be provided as needed. 

7. Course presentation includes slides and videos which need to be displayed on a TV screen or a projector. If you request a course at your location, please arrange a TV or projector in advance.
