Mizuki Kawamura The product was okay, but the return process was not handled very well. After I returned the item, I was told that someone else would take care of the refund, and that I would be contacted later. However, I never received any call, so I had to call them several times myself before I finally got the refund. Even after that, my bank still showed the charge, so I contacted them again. They told me it was a common issue, but if that’s the case, they should have informed me beforehand.
